Lynne Shannon part of IPBES author's meeting in Cape Town

The second meeting of authors of the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) Global Assessment has been taking place in Cape Town this week. 150 authors, experts in diverse fields spanning ecological, social, economic and policy aspects across terrestrial, freshwater and marine biomes are gathered to continue drafting the six chapters comprising the Global Assessment due to be released in a years time
