SANCCOB penguins and seabirds tours now every second Saturday

The Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds (SANCCOB) now offer their behind-the-scenes public tours of their penguins and seabirds rehabilitation centre every second Saturday. These weekend tours are in addition to the normal Monday to Friday tours of their international recognize seabird rehabilitation centre situated in Table View, Cape Town. Tours give visitors a behind-the-scenes look at how the birds are cared for, treated and fed while undergoing rehabilitation at the centre. Visitors might even experience a penguin encounter during a tour! Saturday tours take place at 10am, 12pm and 3pm. A maximum of 10 people are allowed per tour at a cost of R40 per person.
