The Fitzpatrick Institute will be hosting a talk by Dr. David Gremillet on Shearwaters. David is a senior researcher at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Montpellier, France. His studies mostly focus on the impact of global change on marine top-predators using detailed studies of the ecophysiology of seabirds in their natural environment, based upon novel biotelemetry technologies, metabolic studies and thermodynamic modelling.
